Rosarii Mannion is a senior experienced HR Leader having held key roles including National HR Director in Irelands largest employer the Health Service Executive with 120,000 employees. She is a passionate believer in the benefits of coaching to maximize staff performance, staff engagement and promoting effective team working.  Rosarii was awarded ICF Ireland Business & Executive Coach of the Year in 2017 and in 2018. Her team was awarded the ICF Global Prism award.  In 2018, she was awarded the Ireland HR Leader of the Year. Rosarii is a PCC Coach, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, a qualified Mediator, Executive and Conflict Coach and holds a BA, HDip, MA and MSc and is currently pursuing a PhD. In 2021, she became a Chartered Director of the Institute of Directors. She has served on the ICF Global Professional Coaches Board for 2 years, on the Finance Committee in 2020 and as Treasurer in 2021.
