Mel is an ICF-MCC and is passionate in “democratizing coaching”. He leads a global ICF Accredited school Catalyst Coach, with a Mission to Equip 10,000 Coaches to Impact 10 Million over the next 20 years.

Mel is a co-author of 3 books & author of “ENGAGE – How to Stop Living in Default & Start Living the Life You Desire”. He is also the Host of the #100MasterCoaches show on YouTube and other Podcast channels. 

He is a proud father of 3, enjoys cycling and hiking, and together with his wife. They live in Melbourne, Australia – exploring cafes and vineyards.
