Sharifah finds her meaningful role through coaching work as she honed her leadership skills at home and with leaders worldwide in various sectors. Her two decades of experience have seen her partner with INSEAD, UN, Fortune 500 and Fintech companies. She completed a book titled Consistencies in Leadership Practice, Navigating Disruption, which will soon be published on Amazon. She is writing her second book in the Malay language, “Apa anda ingin tahu tentang Coaching?” 

Her pro bono coaching extends to education leaders in Tanzania, Kyrgyzstan, Egypt, Australia, Indonesia, Nepal, India and Malaysia.
