Grace Lee, a distinguished leadership coach, holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is an Accredited Coaching Supervisor recognized by the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA). Her extensive career in Corporate Human Resources, Change Management, and Leadership Development spans over two decades. Since 2014, Grace has been specializing in leadership coaching, and her transformative approach has impacted countless lives, assisting clients in achieving their goals while uncovering their untapped potential.

In addition, she serves as an Independent Director for Malaysian Public Listed Companies, demonstrating her commitment to diverse contributions in the business world. 

Grace became a volunteer leader in the ICF Malaysia Charter Chapter as part of its elected Executive Committee in 2016. She was elected as the President in 2020, and she is currently serving in the position of Immediate Past President.
