This panel, “Beyond Algorithms,” explores how coaches can use AI to enhance scalability and measurable impact without losing the human presence that defines the profession.
A key focus is the ethical use of technology. The ICF Code of Ethics is examined as a safeguard for transparency, confidentiality, and client autonomy in AI-driven practice, while addressing challenges such as algorithmic bias.
Through real-world case studies, the session shows how organisations are using AI to track outcomes and behavioral change in real time. Participants will leave with a practical understanding of how to integrate digital tools into coaching while staying grounded in human-centred values
Bambang Yapri is a distinguished Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation, specializing in leadership,
executive, and career coaching. He currently serves as the President of the ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter. With over 20 years of experience in human capital leadership, Bambang has driven organizational success across diverse industries, including FMCG, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, agribusiness, and manufacturing.
