Keynote: The Algorithmic Leader: Preparing Coaching for the AI Revolution
Mahesh Tanwani
Mahesh is a strategic technology leader with nearly three decades of experience in executive technical leadership across multinational corporations, innovative startups, and research organisations. He has built and led large-scale technology and business operations across Asia, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and driving high-impact initiatives in partnership with government agencies and industry leaders. Currently, he is a Founder and CTO at adnena. As an
accredited Board Director, he brings governance and compliance exposure through his board training, service on national standards committees, and corporate experience.
Mahesh contributes in setting national standards as a technical member of standards and technical reference committees in Singapore, to name a few, for Artificial Intelligence,
Automotive (Autonomous Driving / Electric Vehicle), and Cybersecurity.
In his corporate career, Mahesh held senior technical leadership roles overseeing engineering and technology centres across Japan, China, India, and Singapore, leading a workforce of more than 1,200 engineers, software developers and professionals. His ability to align diverse teams, deliver complex programmes across borders, and cultivate strong international partnerships reflects his strength in people leadership and cross-cultural management.
Beyond his corporate achievements, Mahesh has consistently dedicated himself to community service. He chaired the “Dads for Life” programme at Singapore Secondary School, for which he received the Parents Support Group award in 2019, and he continues to volunteer actively with a Singapore hospice and as a coach for detainees at Singapore SAF Detention Barracks. These roles reflect his belief in building resilient, inclusive communities and his ability to engage and
inspire people toward meaningful causes.
Mahesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and an Executive MBA from the University at Buffalo (USA). He is also an accredited ICF Coach and accredited Board Director.
