Mohar is a Senior Leadership Team & Executive Coach. He has more than 30 years of senior management experience in international and local listed companies, in the field of Card Operations, Telecommunications, Human Resources, IT, Premium Car Dealerships, and Oil and Gas.
Mohar pioneered the setting up of the first Advanced Digital Access for Mobile Telecommunications. 

He also established the first 4S premium car dealerships and was actively involved in the acquisition of several international companies in the global growth expansion of a Malaysian oil and gas company; and the merger of two of the largest oil and gas companies in Malaysia. He was also the vanguard in two major conflict management companies in Venezuela and Egypt.

Mohar put Malaysia on the radar of its American HQ listed charge card company for an audit achievement he made in turning around the card operations customer service quality. He was also the first and only Asian to represent Japan, Pacific Australia Region in the HQ’s Global Management Exchange in New York. Upon returning to Malaysia, he became the first Malaysian Director of Operations.
Through his journey, Mohar has come to discover his passion to share his experience and help unleash the human capital potential
through the assimilation of company values and culture. He can extract the ‘Good’ in people using positive psychology and
behavioral modification to generate positive values and eliminate self- limiting behavior of individuals.
Mohar holds a BSc in Economics and M.A. in Communications Arts and Sciences from Western Michigan University. He is recognised as a Master Certified Coach (MCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is passionate in unleashing the potential in people. He has also obtained the CoachMe Level Six Systemic Team and Board Coaching Certification from Beckett McInroy .He is the recipient of The BrandLaureate BrandLeadership Award 2023/2024.
