Minji Oh is the Regional Manager for the International Coaching Federation (ICF), based in Seoul, South Korea. In her capacity at ICF, she collaborates with chapters and coaching communities across the Asia Pacific region to support their establishment and sustainable growth. She also cultivates relationships and identifies partnership opportunities with various stakeholders in the region to enhance awareness of ICF, coaching, and promote membership growth.
Minji holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. Fluent in both English and Korean, she previously worked as a translator and trade manager, specializing in document translation and import trade. Her previous experience has equipped her with valuable skills in international trade, conflict management, and effective communication.
