The International Coaching Summit (ICS) 2026 – Malaysia Chapter rises to this challenge with its central theme:
 “The Future of Coaching: Thriving in an Age of Disruption.”

This theme is not only timely – it is essential. As artificial intelligence transforms decision-making, climate events reshape global priorities, societal divisions deepen, and generational expectations evolve, coaching is being redefined. It must now meet the complexity of our time with courage, creativity, and compassion.

ICS 2026 will bring together thought leaders, credentialed and accredited coaches, industry professionals, corporate stakeholders, public institutions, and changemakers. Together, we will explore the evolving role of coaching in cultivating resilient individuals, agile teams, future-ready organizations, and sustainable communities.
