Barry uses a conversational style in coaching to create an inviting space for sharing, inquiry, reflection, learning and awareness to manifest from the coachee hence empowering the coachee to move forward with better insight, clarity, purpose and confidence.

An ICF ACC credentialed coach with over 430 coaching hours, Barry is an executive leadership and life coach. Barry is also an associate coach trainer and coach mentor for an ICF Coaching Education Provider.

Barry currently serves in the ICF Malaysia Board as Social Impact Director collaborating with partners through the ICF Foundation Ignite programs to accelerate and amplify the impact of the partner organizations on their Sustainable Development Goals.

Prior to his transition as a full time coach, Barry has had more than 30 years’ experience in Human Organizational Change, Lean Transformation and Human Resources Management.

Funfact: Barry is an avid photographer who enjoys connecting with nature and life through his images and his latest exploration is the neuroscience and its connection to art and coaching.
