A professionally qualified actuary who found her true passion in developing people, Ai Chin brings over 17 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry, including her role as Chief Strategy Officer, where she led large-scale transformation, digital, and growth initiatives across regional markets.

Driven by a mission to impact 1 million lives through coaching, she now
works with organisations across financial institutions, MNCs, and
government agencies to build coaching cultures and unlock leadership
potential. Her work has helped senior leaders strengthen executive
presence, overcome self-doubt, and drive meaningful behavioural change.
