Czarina B. Teves, is accomplished Organization Development consultant since 1995. Coach Ina’s credentials include being a Certified Action Learning Coach (CALC) from the World Institute of Action Learning and a Certified Executive Coach through Marshall Goldsmith. She’s a Master Facilitator in Team Psychological Safety with Team.As.One and a Certified Jungian Coach.

Czarina is currently the President of the International Coaching Federation-Philippines and a Co-Founder at InnerWorks Coaching PH. She also contributes her expertise as a Resource Person at Ateneo Graduate School of Business-Center for Continuing Education, an Adjunct Faculty at the Asian Institute of Management-School for Executive Education and Lifelong Learning, and a Faculty member at the Depth Institute of Asia-Carl Jung Circle Center Philippines.
