Dave is Co-Founder and Director of the Academy of Solution Focused Training, an ICF-accredited coach training school offering pathways to ACC, PCC, and MCC credentials. With over 30 years of experience as a  Consultant, Trainer, Leadership Coach, and Team Coach, he works with CEOs, C-suite executives, and leaders across both local and multinational organisations.

Dave is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the ICF and an Accredited Team Coach (ITCA), Senior Practitioner (SP), and Accredited Coach Supervisor and Mentor (ESIA) with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)

An active contributor to the field, Dave has written and contributed to several books and articles on coaching and coach supervision, including Solution Focused Practice in Asia and Solution Focused Coaching in Asia. He currently serves as Chapter President of Solution Focus in Organisations (SFiO) and is actively involved in advancing the quality and development of practitioners within the international community of practice.
