Debbie Hogan is a Psychotherapist, Executive, Leadership, and Team Coach, and the Founder of the Academy of Solution Focused Training, an ICF Accredited Coach Training School offering pathways to ACC, PCC, and MCC credentials. With a lifelong commitment to building resilience in individuals and teams, she has been developing coaches and supporting organisations globally for over 20 years.

Debbie served as Vice President and Director of Membership for ICF Singapore from 2019 to 2021. She holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC) credentials with the ICF, and is a Master Practitioner (MP) and Accredited Coach Supervisor and Mentor (ESIA) with EMCC. She also co-developed an EMCC Accredited Coach Supervision Training Programme.

An active contributor to the field, Debbie is co-editor and contributor to six books on therapy, coaching, and supervision, including Solution Focused Practice in Asia, Solution Focused Coaching in Asia, and Solution Focused Coaching Supervision.
