Diana is an Entrepreneur in Residence and Lecturer at INSEAD. She mentors and coaches startups on market positioning and delivering go-to-market strategies. As a lecturer, she coaches executives on building digital transformation projects.

Diana sits on the board of KYM Holdings Berhad, a manufacturing company, as an independent director and chairs the nomination and remuneration committee. She also oversees ESG and corporate innovation.

Prior to this, Diana was with Education in Motion for 13 years, building and running international schools. She also launched a corporate venture capital fund – EiM Ventures – investing into early stage edtech startups globally. 

A lawyer by training, Diana practised in Malaysia and internationally helping MNC clients with cross border investments during the first decade of her career. 

Diana is a graduate of INSEAD Global Executive MBA (Dean’s List), and holds Double Degree in Law and Business from University of Technology, Sydney (First Class Honours).
