Dr.Marcia Reynolds

SUMMIT – DAY 2 – 23 July 2026

Coaching Through the Fog of Fear + Coach Demo Lab

Dr. Reynolds will share essential coaching skills to expand awareness and confidence when clients face uncertainty and fear. The session will explore how coaches can ease tension and unlock imagination when clients feel stuck.

It will also highlight the importance of both mental and physical preparation, and how to coach from presence rather than memory, creating a more natural and flowing conversation where performance is no longer the focus.

The Q&A will deepen understanding of how to embody coaching competencies to better co-create with clients.

In today’s context, coaching is no longer only about achieving goals. It is about expanding awareness, revealing new possibilities, and strengthening the courage to act with confidence and commitment. Through compassionate and courageous curiosity, meaningful breakthroughs can emerge
