Elias Scultori, MCC, is dedicated to empowering organizational leaders on how to incorporate the coach approach into their leadership style. He has worked with clients worldwide in a variety of industries, including health care, finance, retail, telecommunications, marketing, and nonprofit organizations. Elias is a Coaching Clinic® Licensed Facilitator, a Personal Communication Style Inventory (PCSI)®, and a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)® practitioner. He is presently the assistant director of coaching education and faculty member at Coach U. He is an official certification assessor for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a registered mentor coach.
