SUMMIT – DAY1 – 22 July 2026

Breakout Session: The Future of Learning: Integrating Coaching, Technology, and Real-Time Growth

Despite increasing investment in corporate training, productivity often remains unchanged. This session explores why traditional learning models are no longer effective in today’s fast-paced environment.

We examine the key gaps in current approaches—timing, relevance, overload, and detachment—and introduce a more practical, on-demand model for modern learners.

Participants will discover how AI can be used as a thinking partner to personalise learning, support real-time needs, and embed development directly into daily work.

The session offers a shift from passive training to active performance support, combining technology and coaching to create measurable impact in the workplace.
