Haitham Shaheen holds a B.Sc. degree in Aeronautical Engineering. He worked in the Royal Jordanian Air Force for 19 years before retiring as a Colonel. After retirement he worked in the private corporate sector in an Aircraft and Engine Maintenance company in Amman-Jordan.

During his nine years tenure, he held positions of Quality Assurance Director, and Chief Commercial Officer.

In 2016, Haitham took a leap of faith and changed his career path when he learned about ICF and coaching. He completed an ACSTH course and became one of the members of ICF Jordan Chapter. He then joined the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as a Market Development Specialist in September 2017, a regional development manager in 2019 and now Regional Director for MENA and Asia Pacific working with chapters leaders, volunteers, and members in those regions to raise awareness of coaching and support chapters in their local, regional and strategic initiatives.
