In an era of rapid disruption, the difference between high-performing and stagnant teams often lies in the “unspoken.” When employees fear social rejection or professional retaliation, innovation declines. This 95-minute interactive workshop, “Integrating Psychological Safety & Leadership Coaching for Improved Performance,” bridges psychological safety and coaching to build both trust and accountability.

Participants will explore psychological safety as more than “being nice,” but as candid vulnerability and interpersonal risk-taking. The session introduces the POW Coaching Model (Problem, Outcome, Way Forward), a practical framework that helps leaders move from fixing problems to facilitating solutions.

A live 20-minute coaching demonstration illustrates the model in action within a psychologically safe context, showing how resistance can be navigated while maintaining focus on outcomes. The workshop concludes with a 15-minute Q&A to support participants in applying a learning-over-blame mindset and shifting toward discovery-based coaching for sustainable team performance.

effective Leadership competencies. As a General Manager of a 5 star boutique resort, Luke’s inter‐personal skills, communication mastery, and proven Leadership, give a solid foundation to help individuals and companies overcome challenges, and support them in achieving their goals.
