Nijira is an executive coach, a registry ICF mentor coach, a Strength Coach, certified by Gallup, and a facilitator, certified by Wiley. 

She is the President of ICF Bangkok Charter Chapter.

She earned a Ph.D. in Educational Administration, and gives lectures to graduate students of the Faculty of Education.  She serves as a volunteer leader for the Faculty of Education Alumni to raise awareness of ICF coaching among teacher educators to apply coaching skills in their work.

She has a good understanding on multinational and multicultural work place and the impacts on people from her experiences in business management and corporate planning.
