Phui Yee brings the heart into a performance-driven world that we live in today.  With over 15 years of experience in the media, education, real estate and leadership and life coaching, she strongly believes that a workplace thrives when its culture empowers people to bring their whole self to work. 

Phui Yee coaches leaders from the public, private and social impact sectors in Malaysia and Singapore, as well as in refugee communities – to discover new insights about their mindset and take actions toward achievements and internal alignment. 

Fluent in both English and Bahasa Melayu, she delivers engaging training programmes and has co-developed award winning courses.
